In 2010 Tony Kamionsky was falsely accused of maladministration in connection with the Dynam-ique SA and IF umbrella pension and provident funds.
These accusations were totally false and had no merit whatsover. Moreover Tony was never found guilty of any wrongdoing whatsoever.
The individuals who made the allegations never produced any evidence whatsoever to support their malicious allegations against Tony.
In 2018 a Commission of Enquiry found that these individuals had been reckless and negligent and that the rebuild they commissioned, or supported, was fruitless and wasteful expenditure.
